Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. The site uses semantic HTML landmarks, descriptive alternative text on images, visible keyboard focus states, a skip-to-content link and color combinations tested for contrast.

Animations on this site are decorative. If your operating system requests reduced motion, all transitions and scroll effects are disabled automatically.
Known limitations
Some archived PDF proofs supplied by customers are not tagged for screen readers. If you need the content of any document on this site in another format, we will provide it by email or in large print at no charge.
In our shop
The Elm Street entrance is step-free, the pickup counter is at standard counter height with a lowered section, and accessible parking is available in the rear lot.
