File setup, deadlines, proofs, shipping and payment — answered plainly. If yours is not here, call the shop and ask.
Print-ready PDF is best: fonts embedded or outlined, CMYK color, 300 DPI images and 0.125" bleed on every edge. We also accept AI, INDD packages, PSD, PNG and JPG. If your file needs adjusting, we will tell you before anything goes on press.
Most digital work such as business cards, flyers and stickers ships or is ready for pickup in 2–3 business days. Large-format banners and signs are typically next business day. Bound books and specialty finishes run 5–7 business days.
Yes. Every order gets a free digital PDF proof and nothing prints until you approve it in writing. Press-matched hard-copy proofs are available for $25 on color-critical jobs.
Absolutely. Pickup at 525 Elm Street, Albany, NY 12234 is free during business hours, and we offer courier delivery inside the Capital Region for a flat fee.
We ship anywhere in the United States by UPS and FedEx Ground, with 2-day and overnight options at checkout. Freight is quoted separately for pallet-sized sign orders.
There is no hard minimum. We regularly print 25 business cards or a single banner. Per-piece pricing simply improves as quantity goes up.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and ACH bank transfer. New accounts pay in full up front; established commercial accounts can apply for Net 15 terms.
Report any defect within 7 days of delivery with photos and we reprint or refund the affected portion. Full details are in our Refund & Reprint Policy.
