Who we are

InstaPrints is a commercial printing business owned and operated by Daniel Rodriguez, located at 525 Elm Street, Albany, New York 12234, United States. This policy applies to instaprintsac.com.pe and to information collected during our order process. We are the controller of the personal information described below.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, business name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping address, project details and any artwork or files you send.
• Transaction information: order history, quotes, invoices and payment status. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.
• Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and approximate city-level location, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
• Communications: emails, form submissions and notes from phone calls relating to your job.

How we use it

We use personal information to prepare quotes, produce and deliver print orders, take payment, provide customer support, keep accounting and tax records, prevent fraud, improve the website and — where you have opted in — send occasional service updates or offers. We do not sell personal information.

Our lawful bases, where applicable, are performance of a contract (producing your order), legitimate interests (running and securing the business), consent (optional cookies and marketing email) and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

Advertising and analytics

We may use Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) with the Microsoft UET tag, and privacy-respecting analytics, to measure how visitors reach the site and whether advertising is working. These tools may set cookies and receive your IP address, page URL and interaction events. They are only loaded after you accept optional cookies in our banner. You can withdraw consent at any time using the cookie link in the footer.

Sharing your information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate: our web host, email provider, payment processors, shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS), and our accountant. Each receives only what is required to do their job. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights. We never sell or rent customer lists.

Artwork and files

Files you upload remain your property. We store them on encrypted drives so that reorders can be produced consistently, and we delete them 24 months after your last order unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Email support@instaprintsac.com.pe to request deletion.

How long we keep information

Quote requests that do not become orders are deleted after 12 months. Order and invoice records are kept for seven years to meet United States tax and accounting requirements. Marketing consent records are kept until you unsubscribe plus two years.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents may also request disclosure of categories of personal information collected and may opt out of any sharing that counts as a sale under the CCPA/CPRA — we do not sell personal information. To exercise a right, email us and we will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it, workstations are password protected and encrypted, and backups are stored offline. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not email payment card details.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

Our systems are operated in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data protection rules than your home country.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for 30 days.
