What changes a quote
Quantity
Setup is a fixed cost, so per-piece pricing drops sharply between 100 and 1,000 units.
Stock
Moving from 14pt to 32pt duplex or a specialty linen changes material cost noticeably.
Finishing
Foil, spot UV, die-cutting and binding are separate operations with their own setup.
Deadline
Standard scheduling is included. Same-day and next-day work carries a rush fee.
