When the clock starts
Production time begins the next business day after two things happen: you approve the digital proof in writing, and payment (or an approved account) is confirmed. Approvals received after 3:00pm Eastern count as the following business day.
Standard production times
- Business cards, flyers, postcards, stickers — 2–3 business days
- Banners, yard signs, rigid signage — 1–2 business days
- Booklets, catalogs, bound work — 5–7 business days
- Direct mail with list processing — 5–8 business days
- Specialty finishes (foil, spot UV, die-cut) — add 2 business days
Rush service
Same-day and next-day production is available when the schedule allows, at a 35% surcharge. Call the shop before ordering so we can confirm capacity.

Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed the moment a carrier scans your parcel. Local courier deliveries receive a text message with a delivery window.
Damage or loss in transit
Inspect your shipment on arrival. Report visible damage within 48 hours with photographs of the box and contents so we can file a carrier claim and start a replacement run immediately.
Addresses and holidays
We ship to street addresses and PO boxes within the US. Orders are not produced or dispatched on federal holidays, and carriers do not count weekends as business days.
